1. Our home is modern and safe with a fire alarm system, sprinkler system, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke alarms in every room and living area.
2. Our home has high ceilings, wide hallways, spacious living areas, and two resident bathrooms.
3. We have a year-round garden that provides fresh vegetables for us.
4. We have 19 fruit trees, 4 varieties of seedless grapes,  and Blackberry and Boysenberry vines. Holiday decorations and traditional holiday meals are the standard.
5. We have wonderful employees who are well trained and love our residents.
6. We are a comparatively small home with an intimate and friendly environment. The home of almost 2800 sq. feet can have no more than six residents.
7. We have a Sharp Aquos 60" high definition television with LED backlighting and a quality Verizon Fios cable feed. There are cable outlets in every room for private television ownership and viewing.
8. We have two large outside grills and we love parties. The largest party thus far included 44 people who came from far and wide for a client's 95th birthday party.
9. We have prayer before every meal and anytime there is a need.
10. The owners/operators live in the home. Greg Robertson is a Certified Nurse Assistant, a Certified Administrator, and Eny Robertson has many years experience working with the elderly in assisted living environments.
11. Greg, an ordained Lutheran pastor, leads Sunday evening services and Bible studies for the residents. And Eny uses her beautiful voice to help lead us in song.
12. We use Songs of Faith large print song books. Services are not mandatory, but our residents love them -- even residents without a Christian background attend and enjoy the informal services.

Welcome to the website of Mountain View Terrace, a six-resident assisted living facility in a beautiful, mountain-view home in Redlands, CA.

This Board-&-Care home is a 2007-build by Beazer Homes. We have five bedrooms in an almost  2,800 sq. ft. single story home that sits on a spacious and beautifully landscaped lot of almost 15,000 square feet.

We are licensed by the State of California as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).

 Other terms used for this kind of home include: Board and Care, Assisted Living, Home Care, and Residential Care.

Our five bedroom, one story home was built by Beazer in 2007. Everything is built to meet the most stringent standards and quality demands of Beazer Homes and the City of Redlands, the former Washington Navel capital of the world.

The view from the comfortable, spacious, fruitful, and colorful back yard is one-of-a-kind.
